Outstanding Achievement in the Mentor-Protégé Program

On Thursday, August 16, 2018, TM3 Solutions, Inc., and Enterprise Services, LLC (formally DXC), were recognized as recipients of the prestigious Nunn – Perry Award by the Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs.

Legislation enacted November 5, 1990, established a DoD Pilot Mentor-Protégé Program (Public Law 101-510). Defense contractors urged that a vehicle be established for the orderly development of Protégés that could become valued defense suppliers. Crafted by former U.S . Senator Sam Nunn and implemented by former Secretary of Defense William Perry, the Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP), is an important and visible tool within the DoD, transitioning traditional small business concerns from a state of modest attainments to one of very successful contributions to the defense of our Nation.

The TM3/Enterprise Services, MP agreement, officially established October 2015, began with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), and matured through several acquisitions. Through the technical enhancements and developmental assistance of Enterprise Service, TM3 committed to aligning its service offerings with DoD mission requirements, enabling them to better serve the Warfighter.
