Thomas Moore founded TM3 Solutions, Inc. in 2000, and is serving as President of TM3 Solutions, Inc.. Mr. Moore has over twenty years of professional experience in the areas of information technology, information security, and program/project management. Mr. Moore is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) conferred by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium.

Mr. Moore’s areas of expertise include cybersecurity, systems engineering, and program management. He has experience with several government agencies to include Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Interior, Department of Justice, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Veterans Administration.

Lafayette Thomas has a broad and diverse background in the areas of program/project management, information technology, strategic planning, quality assurance, and process improvement including a wealth of knowledge in the information technology field.

As CEO, Mr. Thomas provides the strategic direction, operational management, and the business operation functions of TM3 Solutions. His reputation with customers, partners, and consultants has afforded TM3 Solutions unlimited growth opportunities. Mr. Thomas is a decorated United States Army Operation Joint Endeavor veteran and understands the effort required to motivate people and get the job done.

Ronald Herman joined TM3 Solutions, Inc in 2020, and is serving as Vice President of Government Services as well as Program Manager over various DoD and Federal Agency projects. Mr. Herman has over 35 years of professional experience in the areas of intelligence operations, training, information security, and program/project management. Mr. Herman is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma.

Mr. Herman’s areas of expertise include cyber security, program management, threat analysis and intelligence operations. He has experience with several government agencies to include Department of Defense, Department of Treasury, Department of Homeland Security, Defense Intelligence Agency, National Science Foundation, and United States Department of Agriculture.

Mr. Herman is a decorated veteran and retired from active duty with the United States Air Force (USAF) in 2004 where he built a reputation of integrity, perseverance and professionalism under austere conditions while serving globally. Mr. Herman is a Charleston SC native and a graduate of Southern Illinois University- Carbondale.

Theodosia Payne serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Information Technology and Information Assurance solutions provider TM3 Solutions Inc. Theodosia oversees the company’s Human Resources department, Employee Engagement, office operations, and the Quality Management division. Similar to the company’s slogan: “No Problems, only Solutions,” Theodosia is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to fixing and improving processes. Within this field, Theodosia has implemented and led various policies and procedures throughout the company. A key example is through quality assurance efforts where she continually leads TM3’s CMMI and ISO programs. In Theodosia’s spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball or spending time with her family. Theodosia also has a background in psychology with a master’s in educational psychology
