TM3 Solution provides comprehensive maintenance and enhancement of the Cemetery Support Network (CSN) wireless infrastructure at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC), ensuring seamless WI-FI connectivity for the public and families to access various ANC digital resources, including public apps, websites, and application sites via mobile devices on-site.
TM3 Solutions provides Disaster Related Rapids Needs Assessment support to assist National Center for Environmental Health’s (NCEH) Health Studies section. NCEH uses the Community Assessment for Public Health Emergency Response methodology to select households to include in a systematic assessment of community needs. The information generated can be used to initiate public health action, identify information gaps; facilitate disaster planning, response, and recovery activities; allocate resources, and assess new or changing needs in the community.
TM3 managed multiple lines of business within a Program/Portfolio for Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in project execution of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Cyber Security Division mission and policy initiatives support to all CONUS and OCONUS DoD Military Health System (MHS) sites. TM3 assisted with monitoring and managing multiple simultaneous projects or tasks to ensure not only individual project/task success but that they merge without conflict into the larger strategic initiative. This effort includes managing full spectrum of PMO Support, Administration, Training, Policy & Governance, Validation, and Identity Management with Credentialing. TM3 continues to provide DHA Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Program (Identity Credentialing and Access Management) support.

This expertise facilitates implementation and sustainment of Disaster Response Information Analysis, Response Analytics in support of Community Lifelines; systematic Response Analytics Information Management & Governance; Community Coordination, Outreach, and Training; and Project Management. Evaluation, synthesis, interpretation, and presentation of all-source information and evidence-based analytics inform situational awareness, reduce uncertainty and enable timely and appropriate courses of action for disaster response leadership throughout the incident lifecycle.

TM3 Solutions supports cybersecurity activities through the management and implementation of Risk Management Framework and Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process. We provide Subject Matter Expertise to the NAVSEA customers throughout the entire cybersecurity validation process. In support of these activities, we review submitted packages against IA policy reviewing artifacts that have been captured. We assess and validate the implementation of security guidance and provide Information Assurance Life-Cycle management.
TM3 Solutions is an integral entity in managing and fortifying the cybersecurity posture of RRB Information Systems through comprehensive risk assessment and security control implementation. By categorizing identified vulnerabilities into three risk levels—Low, Medium, and High—based on their threat, likelihood, and impact, TM3 provides tailored recommendations and actionable plans for RRB system information staff to enhance their information security plans.
In August 2023, TM3 Solutions, Inc. (TM3) was awarded a contract to support the Air Force 509th Global Strike Force Communications Squadron at Whiteman AFB, Missouri with a turnkey implementation for new Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). The new VDI will provide the standard delivery of secure, compliant, and resilient computing services. This contract represents new work for the 509th Bomb Wing which supports the B2 Bomber program and serves as part of the Air Force’s conventional and strategic combat force. Their mission statement is “Execute Nuclear Operations and Global Strike…Anytime, Anywhere!”.
TM3 delivers comprehensive acquisition support and serves as a business advisor to the Headquarters Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) across its seven field regions and various commands, including the United States Space Force. With over 2,000 special agents and 1,000 support personnel, TM3’s expertise spans the entire procurement lifecycle, from market research to cost estimates, utilizing contract instruments like BPAs. TM3’s acquisition assistance covered a diverse range of products, from armored vests to office supplies and network infrastructure components, supporting the AFOSI’s global network and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
TM3 used Agile Scrum and DevSecOps best practices and collaboration tools to enhance, repair, and modernize the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Compliance and Enforcement Management System (CEMS). The CEMS enables USDA to support the agriculture industry and to ensure the quality and availability of wholesome food for consumers across the country.
TM3 Solutions was responsible for developing and establishing an Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) program to provide HUD the ability to assess its Cybersecurity Program and offer recommendations for improvement.
In September 2021, TM3 was awarded a contract with Washington Headquarters Service to provide SharePoint development services. TM3 assessed key SharePoint tools with a focus on eliminating as much manual data entry as possible across all tools. We focused on making isolated tools appear more like a single application from a user experience perspective. TM3’s developer support team was equipped with the expertise to provide recommendations for the provisioning and refinement of SharePoint design, permissions, and data migration strategies. TM3 provided change and configuration management processes to ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) mandates.
