Spotlight: Thomas O. Moore

As our final installment of celebrating the Marines 250th Anniversary, we would like to highlight, Thomas O. Moore II, the President & Founder, of TM3 Solutions, Inc. Thomas enlisted in the United States Marine Corps at just 17 years old and went on to serve honorably for 13 years (1983–1996). Throughout his distinguished military career, he specialized as an Avionics Technician, providing advanced maintenance and technical support for both jet and rotary-wing aircraft. 

His assignments included service with H&MS-14 and MALS-14, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina; MALS-29, New River Air Station, North Carolina; Recruiting Station Greenville, North Carolina; MALS-36, Futenma, Okinawa, Japan and Cubi Point, Naval Base Subic Bay, Philippines; MATSG-90, NAS Millington, Tennessee; and HMX-1, Quantico, Virginia, where he supported the Presidential Helicopter Squadron under Presidents George H. W. Bush and Bill Clinton. His military tenure reflects a record of technical excellence, leadership, and unwavering commitment to mission success.

Mr. Moore’s leadership philosophy, rooted in the Marine Corps values of honor, courage, and commitment, continues to define TM3’s culture and success.
